Returns & Warranty
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the original purchase date.
All items must be new, unused and contain all original packaging and accessories.
Additional shipping and handling charges will be applied to the customer for any returns within the return period.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on all returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Any paddles that are determined to be unacceptable will not be eligible for a return. Shipping charges will also not be refunded and will be at the cost to the customer.
If the return or exchange is a result of our error or defect, you will not be charged for return shipping and handling.
If approved, a refund will then be issued within 7 business days.
Our products come with a 6 month warranty from the original purchase date. Any defects that are determined to be defective by the manufacturer will be covered by "The Best Paddle".
It does not cover damages through improper usage, normal play usage, negligence, abuse, transportation damage, acts of nature, or accidents. It does not cover theft or loss of items. It also does not cover fading graphics, worn grip tape, or usage of paddle.
